Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their shopping experience Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure an attractive and organised store appearance Handle customer enquiries via phone and in person with professionalism and courtesy Manage transactions efficiently using the point-of-sale system, including basic maths calculations Organise stock levels, restock shelves, and assist with inventory management Support the team in implementing promotional campaigns and seasonal displays Assist in maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment at all times Manage time effectively to prioritise tasks during busy periods

Requirements

Fluency in English Strong communication skills Organised with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic maths skills for handling transactions and stock counts Experience or knowledge of merchandising principles is desirable but not essential Good phone etiquette and professional demeanour when interacting with customers over the phone or face-to-face Time management skills to balance multiple responsibilities effectively
