This is a sales role within a mobility store where you will be required to greet customers and provide them with the relevant information for their desired product, assisting them in choosing the product that is most suitable. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services. Organise the merchandise and ensure the shop floor is kept well presented. Process payments and handle returns or exchanges efficiently. Keep company databases updated and liaise with other stores and suppliers when necessary.

This role will be based at the Coleshill branch, however flexibility is required to cover other stores within close proximity where opening hours may vary.
