Overview:

25 hours per week, working Sunday plus three days during the week.

We are a homewares concession within Boundary Outlet seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a sales assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and maintaining a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets and goals
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with inquiries, product selection and purchases
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and warehouse
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of products

Skills:

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Ability to upsell products and services to increase sales revenue
- Time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently

Requirements:

-Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

- Positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Experience:
