General Info

Mix of days, evenings and weekend Monday-Sunday 16-35 hours per week Opening hours: Mon-Thurs 10.30-10pm Friday 10.30-10.30pm Saturday 10.30am - 10.30pm Sunday 12-10pm (shifts will vary each week and can be during any of our opening hours) days can be flexible within Reason to suit the candidate You must be 18+

Duties

- Assist customers in selecting products and provide information on pricing
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming store environment
- Upsell products to customers when appropriate
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and in person

The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation.

Experience

- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is desirable
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in English
