Hours:

Minimum of 16 Hours per week (Shifts will include a mix of weekdays, evenings and weekends) Flexibility to cover holidays essential.

As a sales assistant in our off license, you will be working in a retail store role delivering a consistently high level of customer service and attention to detail in maintaining the store. You will work independently and as part of a team and will be responsible for:

Providing excellent customer service that exceeds all customer's expectations

Ensuring customers are dealt with efficiently and courteously

Developing a comprehensive product knowledge to help customers select the best product available for them.

Ensuring all deliveries are checked off accurately, promptly and that relevant paperwork is passed on efficiently and quickly

Perform cashier duties, using our EPOS system and handling cash and card transactions.

Maintaining a clean and tidy store environment for both customers and colleagues

Maintaining accurate stock levels in the store, including the rotation and re-stocking of product lines

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grades A-C (or equivalent) Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to work under pressure and work independently Excellent interpersonal and customer service experience
