We have an exciting opportunity for a highly committed, motivated and reliable individual to join our fast and progressive team based at our Crediton Branch.

Farm & Smallholder Assistant

As the Farm & Smallholder Sales Assistant you will oversee the department and organising the team, ordering stock, replenishing stock levels, merchandising and have an eye for retail detail.

Ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times by yourself and the team. Constantly review the service delivered and suggest improvements for the future. Interact with the customers for feedback, adopt changes if required. Grow the business by forging strong links with the local community. Ensure the effective management of stock levels and stock turns are maintained. Manage orders and deliveries to ensure a constant supply.
The role requires the flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends,

8 - 16 hours per week.
