Sales Assistant

Full Time (Fixed 37.5 hours per week with scope for additional hours to meet business needs)

JAM Events are delighted to offer the exciting opportunity for a full-time Sales Assistant to join our team. Due to continued growth and increased demand, we are looking to add an enthusiastic individual to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Responding to customer enquires via telephone, email and face to face Conducting sales appointments with potential and existing customers Keeping on top of existing booking and finalising details Greeting customers, liaising with customers, staff and venues Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and venues Attending wedding fayres and events representing JAM Events All other duties
At JAM Events, we pride ourselves on our high quality products and first class customer service, therefore it is essential the successful applicant will have the following:

Previous sales experience Passionate about wedding and events Drivers license (essential) Excellent customer service, communication skills and ability to upsell products and services Proficient in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Enthusiastic, positive and professional approach with a can do attitude Weekend work essential
Job Type: Part Time, various shifts (weekday and weekend)

Pay from 12.75 per hour

Work Location: In person

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.75-13.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 37.5 per week
