The
Retail Sales Assistant
will be required to
engage with customers and other team members to provide exceptional customer service through your enthusiasm and knowledge.
You will be responsible for driving sales and provide high quality customer service by identifying our customer's needs and giving accurate advice for their requirements.
Key Responsibilities for Retail Sales Assistant include:
Delivering exclusive Customer Service through knowledge and inspiring customers
Building relationships with both trade and DIY customers
Generating new trade leads through telesales
Working as part of a team to maintain showroom stock levels and store appearance
Resolving customer queries following Company procedures in a professional manner
Manual lifting when required
Key Requirements of the role include
:
Previous experience in similar roles/ environments (desirable)
Experience in providing customer service
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable in regularly handling customer situations
