We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. Duties

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Demonstrate excellent selling techniques, including upselling and cross-selling, to maximise sales opportunities. Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products and services offered to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly while ensuring a positive shopping experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive team environment.

Experience

Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills in both English and any additional languages spoken, enabling clear interaction with customers from various backgrounds.
