Job Summary


We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts by managing client relationships, assisting with lead generation, and contributing to business development initiatives. This position requires a blend of strong customer service skills and sales acumen, with an emphasis on both inside and outside sales strategies.

Duties



Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve company goals. Support the sales team in managing accounts and maintaining customer relationships. Conduct lead generation activities, including cold calling and networking to identify potential clients. Provide product demonstrations and technical sales support to clients. Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track leads, manage accounts, and analyze sales data. Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns. Engage in territory management by identifying key markets and developing strategies for growth. Participate in B2B sales initiatives, focusing on upselling opportunities within existing accounts. Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business development. Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Experience



Proven experience in sales or customer service roles; experience in retail sales is a plus. Familiarity with B2B sales processes and techniques, including direct sales and territory sales management. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. Experience using CRM software for account management and lead tracking is highly desirable. Background in technology sales or technical products is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with a focus on building relationships with clients. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and make informed decisions. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: 10.00-12.00 per hour
