Due to ongoing expansion at Mainline Optical Connections we are looking for a new Sales Assistant to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions
Qualifications:
- Optical experience is preferred but not essential
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred
- Confident Telephone Manner
- Good Computing Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic math skills, including the ability to calculate discounts, percentages, and sales totals (retail math)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Outbound Sales Calls training provided
Full time hours Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5pm
