Sales Assistant

Cash converters is a leading retail company and very exciting and great company to work for , all training will be provided , however we are looking for confident in public communications and busy environments. need to work well in a team being a team player . ( cash handling , stock management , cleaning and stock organisation .

Duties:
- Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets and goals
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and potential customers
- Sell products or services to customers based on their needs and preferences
- Upsell additional products or services to increase sales revenue
- Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and transactions
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies

Skills:

- Basic math skills for processing transactions and calculating discounts
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills to manage customer information and sales records
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 10.66-12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 32 per week
