Kings18 is a vibrant and fast-growing hospitality and entertainment venue, offering a unique blend of social experiences, events, and immersive activities. Known for our lively atmosphere and exceptional customer service, we cater to a wide range of guests from casual visitors to corporate groups and private parties.

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Sales Assistant to work within our venue.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and is looking to grow their sales and communication skills within the dynamic hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound cold calls and emails to potential clients to promote the venue and generate new business opportunities Follow up on incoming leads via phone and email to convert interest into confirmed bookings Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to encourage repeat business Assist in preparing client proposals, event quotes, and tailored packages based on customer needs Coordinate with internal teams (events, operations, marketing) to ensure seamless execution of bookings Track and report on sales activity, lead conversion, and performance metrics Represent the venue professionally through all forms of communication and client interaction

Requirements:

Must be over 18 years of age. Previous experience is very much preferred but not essential. Excellent communication and social skills. Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team. Confident individual who is very organised. May have to work some weekends

Base pay of minimum wage with commission on every sale A dynamic and supportive work environment with opportunities for career growth and development. Discounted staff pricing where applicable.
This position starts at 16-24 hours per week with the opportunity to increase depending on performance. These hours will be between Tuesday and Saturday as you many be required to work some weekends.
