Responsibilities

Engage in upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities. Maintain an organised and visually appealing merchandise display to attract customers. Handle customer inquiries via phone and in-person with excellent phone etiquette. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring basic math skills are applied. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment. Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed within designated timeframes.

Skills

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are highly desirable. Experience in merchandising and an eye for detail to create appealing product displays. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management. Excellent organisational skills to manage stock levels and maintain a tidy workspace. Effective time management skills to balance multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to engage customers positively through upselling techniques while maintaining their satisfaction.
