Job Description

We are Scotland's largest fireplace and stove showroom. We have been keeping Scotland warm for over 20 years.

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, confident, outgoing person who has fantastic customer service skills and showroom sales experience.

You will be joining our small sales team - selling fires, stoves, fireplaces and other related goods.

We are open 8.45-5.15, Mon-Sat. The job will involve working on a Saturday.

Key responsibilities include:
Maximise sales opportunities providing a great customer experience
Ensure the showroom is well presented at all times e.g., clean/tidy, brochures stocked/labelled, displays ticketed, fires on, lights working, stoves fuelled
Provide advice/assistance on products, technical queries and our service. Training will of course be provided.
Check sales orders are accurate, completed fully, comply with sales checklist and are passed quickly for checking/processing
Conduct follow up calls to customers within set and/or agreed timescales
Ensure the smooth running of the showroom and maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
Respond to sales enquiries via email/telephone in a timely manner
Comply with all company procedures, policies, standards
Maintain working relations with all departments and provide general sales support to all areas of the business as required
Assist Firegroup in any area of the business as required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 16.00 per hour
