At Gecko Glazing, we're on a mission to make homes across the UK warmer, quieter, and more energy-efficient--without compromising their original charm. Our innovative secondary glazing solution is handmade in Edinburgh and designed to slot straight into existing sash windows--no tools, no mess, no compromise. We're growing fast and looking for a confident, capable Junior Sales Manager to join our friendly team and help us drive sales and stay organised.

The Role

We're looking for someone who's great on the phone, thrives on helping customers, and can keep our sales process running smoothly. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers--so being warm, clear, and efficient is key. You'll also support our sales and operations teams with admin and follow-ups to keep everything on track.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming sales calls and enquiries with confidence and care Follow up on leads and quotes using our CRM system (HubSpot - training provided) Assist with day-to-day outbound calls to customers to move them along the sales funnel Support the sales team in turning interest into confirmed orders Book and coordinate surveys and installations Keep customer records accurate and up to date

What We're Looking For

Strong phone manner - you must be confident speaking with customers Experience in a customer service, sales support, or call centre environment preferred Comfortable working on a computer - email, spreadsheets, and CRM systems Fast learner with great attention to detail Proactive attitude - you take pride in keeping things running smoothly Reliable, organised, and able to manage your own workload A friendly, team-focused approach
