Job Description
Mac Electrical Supplies are an electrical wholesale / retail business based in the heart of Armagh. After recent growth we are looking to recruit a sales assistant to support with the daily operations of the store. With over 40 years industry experience, we have built a reputation for providing a professional, innovative, and high- quality service to our customers, over the decades.
This role is Monday- Friday.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales
Serve customers at the trade counter and over the phone with a friendly, professional manner. Provide product advice and guidance based on customer needs and product knowledge. Process sales transactions and complete accurate order entries. Prepare quotations and follow up on customer enquiries.
Order Processing & Administration
Receive and process customer orders in the system efficiently. Maintain accurate customer and sales records. Handle telephone and email enquiries professionally.
Stock & Warehouse Support
Assist with goods-in and goods-out operations: checking deliveries and stocking shelves. Pick and pack orders for collection. Help manage stock levels and report low-stock or discrepancies.
General Duties
Maintain a clean, organised, and professional environment. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure operational efficiency. Support ad-hoc tasks as required by the Manager.
