At TOG24 we pride ourselves on our exceptional customer service and we currently have an exciting sales assistant opportunity within our store at Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet, Ellesmere Port.

The role will be contracted to 8 hours per week (you must be available on weekends) however flexibility will be required for holidays and absence cover. Working hours will include some weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.

Key activities

Providing friendly, helpful levels of customer service to ensure a positive experience. We expect our team to talk to all customers and help them make the correct purchasing decision.

Serving customers at the till, processing sales, and offering additional products.

Ensuring high standards of merchandising by ensuring store is kept clean and tidy.

Stock replenishment to make sure the store is always full.

Processing deliveries & provide stock security.

Helping to achieve sales targets.

Personal characteristics

Flexible from Monday-Sunday including evening and bank holidays.

Positive attitude and previous experience in customer face to face role.

Confidence in approaching and talking to customers.

Motivated to complete tasks and a high attention to detail.
