Key Responsibilities

Provide warm, personalized service to every customer Educate customers on vape products,

CBD health & beauty

items, and accessories Process transactions accurately using our POS system Maintain store cleanliness, stock levels, and visual appeal Assist with inventory checks and stock management Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, escalating when necessary Participate in promotional activities and represent the brand with pride Comply with company policies and UK vaping regulations (training provided)

What We're Looking For

Minimum

2

years of experience in retail or customer service (vape industry preferred*)
Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others Must be 18+ years old with GCSE-level education Basic knowledge of vape products and UK market trends (preferred) Ability to multitask and remain composed in a busy retail setting Comfortable using POS systems and basic tech tools Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays Positive attitude, team spirit, and eagerness to learn
