About the Role
As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for finding potential customers, initiating contact, understanding their needs, and closing sales, as well as dealing with existing customers' orders and needs. You will not just take orders - you will proactively sell, ensuring customers receive tailored solutions that add value to their businesses.
Salary: 25,400.00 per annum
We are looking for applicants who have the following skills:

Experience in Sales or Telesales - Previous experience in an outbound sales environment is highly desirable.
Strong Computer Skills - Familiarity with Dynamics AX and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Eligibility to Work in the UK - Must have the right to live and work in the UK.
Responsibilities of the role:
Input orders into the system for collection and delivery
Identify sales opportunities to grow existing customer accounts
Generate sales through contact with prospective customers
Respond efficiently to queries with appropriate information on products and services
Manage designated accounts
Interact with customers and process sales quickly, accurately and efficiently
Initiate sales leads in order to promote product sales and increase annual turnover, in line with sales targets
Generate sales through contact with prospective customers, acting as a sales representative when required
