Sales Assistant/Executive





We are looking for driven and results-oriented sales professionals to join our restructured call centre Sales team. If you have a strong sales mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close deals, this is the opportunity for you!



About the Role



As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for finding potential customers, initiating contact, understanding their needs, and closing sales, as well as dealing with existing customers' orders and needs. You will not just take orders - you will proactively sell, ensuring customers receive tailored solutions that add value to their businesses.



Salary: 25,400.00 per annum



We are looking for applicants who have the following skills:

Sales-Driven Mindset - You are motivated by targets and have a proven track record of achieving sales results. Excellent Communication Skills - Strong listening, speaking, and negotiation skills to build rapport and close deals. Problem-Solving Ability - You can handle objections, find solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. Confidence and Initiative - You take ownership of sales opportunities and drive results. Customer-Centric Approach - You understand customers' needs and match them with the right products. Experience in Sales or Telesales - Previous experience in an outbound sales environment is highly desirable. Strong Computer Skills - Familiarity with Dynamics AX and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Eligibility to Work in the UK - Must have the right to live and work in the UK.


Responsibilities of the role:

Input orders into the system for collection and delivery Identify sales opportunities to grow existing customer accounts Generate sales through contact with prospective customers Respond efficiently to queries with appropriate information on products and services Manage designated accounts Interact with customers and process sales quickly, accurately and efficiently Initiate sales leads in order to promote product sales and increase annual turnover, in line with sales targets Generate sales through contact with prospective customers, acting as a sales representative when required
