Duties

Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with product selection Engage in effective merchandising to optimise product visibility and appeal Upsell products and services to maximise sales opportunities Maintain organised displays and ensure stock levels are adequate Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system Answer customer queries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy Manage time efficiently to serve multiple customers during busy periods Assist in stock replenishment and inventory management tasks Support promotional activities and seasonal campaigns as required

Skills

Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or additional languages is advantageous Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively Basic maths skills for handling transactions and stock counts Organisational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and display setup Good phone etiquette for engaging with customers over the phone Ability to upsell products confidently without being pushy Time management skills to prioritise tasks during busy periods Knowledge of merchandising principles to enhance product presentation
