Epsom, Surrey

Salary:

24,500 per annum

Hours:

40 hours per week (shift patterns between 7:30am-3:30pm and 9:00am-5:00pm)

Sales Assistant

to join our team in Epsom.

The Role

As a Sales Assistant, you'll be the face of our showroom - greeting customers, offering expert advice, and ensuring every visitor leaves with a positive experience. You'll work closely with our sales team to meet customer needs, process sales, and maintain an attractive and well-organised showroom.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome customers and provide product advice in a professional, approachable manner Assist with quotations, sales orders, and after-sales service Support customers with design choices and product information Maintain showroom displays and ensure stock is presented to a high standard Handle payments and customer enquiries efficiently Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet sales targets

About You:

Confident, friendly, and customer-focused Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude Previous retail or showroom experience (preferably in tiles, bathrooms, or home improvement) is an advantage but not essential - full training provided Reliable and flexible with working hours
