The Role
We're seeking enthusiastic and confident individuals to join our team as
Customer Engagement Assistants
. You'll be representing trusted brands, speaking directly with members of the public, and providing clear information about products and services.

Responsibilities
Represent client brands in a professional and approachable way
Engage with customers in residential and community-based areas
Share accurate information and answer customer questions
Record customer interactions and campaign outcomes
Work as part of a supportive, positive team
Requirements
Great communication and interpersonal skills
A friendly, confident, and proactive approach
Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the UK
Full-time and part-time availability considered
No prior experience required - full training provided
