Key Responsibilities
Engage directly with customers to build rapport, understand their needs, and deliver tailored product recommendations.
Drive sales by presenting products confidently, handling objections effectively, and closing deals.
Take initiative in upselling and cross-selling to maximise customer satisfaction and sales opportunities.
Maintain a professional and enthusiastic attitude when representing the brand in person, over the phone, and online.
Support and encourage colleagues, sharing best practices to achieve team and individual sales targets.
Participate in ongoing coaching sessions and mentoring programs to continuously improve your sales performance.
