Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets and goals
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide product information
- Organize and maintain sales records and customer databases
- Support the sales team in preparing sales presentations and proposals
- Upsell products and services to customers to maximize sales opportunities
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Ability to upsell products and persuade customers to make a purchase
- Basic math skills for calculating discounts, totals, and commissions
- Proficient phone etiquette for handling customer calls professionally
