Looking for a Part Time - Sales Assistant. Over time available. Must be fully flexible.

Hourly Rate - 12.21

You'll work as part of the team and on your own initiative to offer our customers outstanding service with our beautifully presented boutique style of clothing at Made in Italy. The store can be fast paced - so you could have a varied shift working on the sales floor or the stockroom, but wherever you are, you'll need a great attitude to succeed. We want you to provide our customers with the highest level off support that they will want to come back and shop with us again and again! We will continue to coach and train you in your role, we will be supporting you from day one.

About the Role: First and foremost the priority in our stores is the safety of our team and our customers. All team members must work safely, according to our guidelines, at all times.

To be a successful Sales Assistant Member at Made in Italy you will:

Offer fast and friendly service at all times, helping our customers to find the perfect products to suite their needs.o Be able to work on your initiative and have the ability to lone trade.o Share your passion and knowledge about our amazing products in store. o Work in all areas of the store, including sales floors, stockrooms and processing deliveries/merchandising display.o Take control of your own development.o Cashier, operating the tills and systems. Handling product returns, exchanges and payment refund requests.o Sending performance updates to the management team throughout the day.o Ensure the customer feels valued from the moment they step into our Made in Italy store to the moment they leave, to create a returning customer.o Key holder - safely opening and closing the store (this doesn't apply to all applicants and would be discussed at interview). o Demonstrate a hands-on approach by working alongside the team to offer our customers outstanding service and achieving our daily performance targets.o Be motivated and passionate about achieving our daily revenue targets.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 16 per week
