Job Responsibilities
1. Collect, organize, and summarize market trends, pricing, new products, substitutes, and customer information; prepare analytical reports to support sales personnel and management decision-making.
2. Compile and analyse sales data; prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports and performance summaries.
3. Organize and maintain sales documentation, manage sales contracts and other related files, and ensure proper filing and archiving.
4. Create and manage orders and various reports; verify and process sales orders in accordance with company procedures.
5. Record and follow up on customer complaints, and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely and proper resolution.
6. Assist the Sales Support Department in implementing sales management tasks.
7. Assist in improving the company's sales policies and procedures and promote the implementation of group sales strategies.
8. Support the organization of sales meetings, client visits, trade shows, and related events, including preparation of meeting materials and post-meeting summaries.
9. Support the HR Department in monitoring and reporting sales team personnel data, including turnover rate, onboarding/offboarding trends, performance fluctuations, and attendance anomalies, and provide HR risk alerts and recommendations to management.
10.Responsible for sales and marketing copywriting, including:
a. Writing materials and creative content based on company marketing strategies.
b. Developing slogans, product descriptions, promotional articles, posters, and video scripts.
c. Assisting with brand content creation and communication in cooperation with the design and marketing teams.
d. Participating in marketing campaigns and promotional planning.
11.Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
