We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic full time Sales Advisors/Keyholders to join our new team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that drive sales. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation, enabling them to build rapport with clients and effectively negotiate terms.
Duties
Engage with customers to identify their needs and preferences.
Provide expert advice on products and services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Drive sales through effective communication and negotiation skills.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance.
Demonstrate strong time management skills by prioritising tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Exhibit strong visual merchandising skills to aid sales .
Requirements
Proven experience in a sales or customer service role is desirable.
Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A proactive drive to achieve personal and team sales goals.
A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
You will be required to work 5 out of 7 days, with occasional overtime during busy periods. You will need to be available to work between the hours of 8.30am and 6.30pm Monday to Saturday, and 10am to 5pm on Sundays for the majority of the year, with extended opening hours over the Christmas period / special launches.
Base rate of pay 12.50, rising to up to 14 including bonus/OTE.
