Smoketronics is an established vape retail business with over 10 years' experience helping customers transition from smoking to vaping. We are now looking for a

full-time Sales Assistant

with

existing vape knowledge

to join our Addiscombe store and support our continued growth.

This role is suited to someone who is

sales driven, customer focused, and confident discussing vape products with customers

.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide knowledgeable advice on vape products, devices, e-liquids, and accessories Deliver excellent customer service with a strong sales focus Drive store performance through upselling and repeat business Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation Show initiative and support the growth of the store Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

What We're Looking For:

Good working knowledge of vape products Self-motivated with a proactive attitude Customer focused and confident in face-to-face sales Sales driven and growth focused Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy Clean and tidy personal presentation Retail or customer service experience preferred Basic knowledge of CBD products preferred but not essential (training provided)

Working Hours:

Full-time role 5 days per week Includes weekends and bank holidays
