Location: Old Street, London
Working Hours: 5 days a week - 10:30am to 7:30pm (with occasional Saturdays)

This is a hands-on job where you'll be on your feet most of the day, helping customers and keeping the shop floor in top shape

Interest in Costumes & Styling:

We sell a wide variety of costumes, but some customers need help with historical styles--Tudor, Renaissance, Victorian and more. You don't need to be an expert, just curious and willing to learn how to style people authentically.

Your Role Will Involve:

Assisting customers with product selection and offering expert advice Processing sales and handling transactions efficiently Keeping the shop floor tidy, organised, and well-stocked Receiving and organising stock, including lifting and moving boxes Helping customers dress appropriately for themed events, including historical styles when needed Being a proactive team player, ready to support wherever needed Contributing to a positive, energetic team environment Upholding Mad World's reputation for high-quality service and customer satisfaction
