Customer Service Assistant

We are looking for an exceptional customer focused Customer Service Assistant for various hours working on a rota basis over a 7-day week. Customer Team Member overview:

Main duties would be to serve Customers whilst adhering to company standards and giving excellent customer service. Have a visible presence within the service station to ensure that all customer requests and queries are responded to promptly and effectively. Deal with guest complaints in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times. Ensure all cash, charge, float and till procedures are carried out in accordance with Company policy.

The ideal candidate for this position:

Must be courteous and focused on providing a consistently high standard of customer service combined with being standards driven and detail-orientated. Must have the ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment and be flexible with regards to hours. Must have a good command of the English language. Must have excellent self-presentation. Must have previous cash handling experience.

Pay: 12.21 per hour
