Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in their shopping experience. Provide product information and answer queries to help customers make informed decisions. Assist with sales transactions, ensuring accuracy in processing payments. Maintain an organised and tidy sales floor, restocking shelves as necessary. Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance. Utilise basic maths skills to manage cash handling and transactions effectively.

Skills

Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Spanish or other languages is a plus. Strong organisational skills to manage tasks efficiently and maintain an orderly workspace. Excellent time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively during busy periods. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with customers confidently. Familiarity with phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone. A natural ability to sell products while providing excellent customer service.

Pay: 13.50-14.50 per hour
