We are seeking a dynamic and personable Sales Assistant to join our renewable home advisory team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service, promoting products at customers homes , and supporting sales objectives. Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their enquiries in a professional manner Provide detailed product information and recommendations to optimise customer satisfaction Support merchandising efforts by arranging displays attractively and ensuring stock levels are maintained Upsell products and services to maximise sales opportunities Handle transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system, including processing payments and issuing receipts Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming sales environment Manage stock replenishment and organise stockroom efficiently Utilise multilingual skills (e.g., English and Spanish) to communicate effectively with diverse customers Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling enquiries over the phone or via email.
