We are hiring x2 Sales Assistants (one on a 16 hour contract and another on a 20.5 hour contract)

WHAT'S THE MISSION FOR THIS ROLE?

As a Sales Assistant at Pentland Brands, your mission is to be the trusted first point of contact for every customer. You will deliver exceptional service by combining deep product knowledge with a genuine understanding of individual customer needs. Through thoughtful recommendations and a passion for our brands, you will create memorable shopping experiences that inspire loyalty and drive sales.

WHAT DOES THIS ROLE DO?

As our Sales Assistant you will be responsible for:

Delivers outstanding customer services Actively engaging with customers and demonstrating in depth product knowledge Support store operations Receive and process deliveries efficiently, replenish stock and ensure the shop floor is visually appealing Uphold brand standards Maintain high standards of merchandising, cleanliness and presentation throughout store Ensure policy compliance Follow all customer services, returns and exchange policies with professionalism and accuracy. Contribute as a team player Support your team by taking on additional duties as needed

WHAT DO I BRING TO THE ROLE?

To stand out in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

Retail experience in a customer facing role Passion for the outdoors and how our products support and inspire active lifestyles A customer centric mindset Attention to detail, a meticulous approach to merchandising, stock handling and store presentation Flexibility and adaptability, willingness to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
