Duties

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Assist in processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain an organised sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and stocked. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and courtesy. Utilise basic maths skills for cash handling and transaction processing. Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed within designated timeframes.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is preferred but not essential. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members. A positive attitude towards selling and a willingness to learn new techniques.
