Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide professional assistance throughout their shopping experience Assist with product merchandising to ensure displays are attractive and well-stocked Engage in upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities while maintaining a friendly approach Provide accurate information about products and services, demonstrating strong communication skills Handle customer queries in person Manage transactions efficiently using the point-of-sale system, including basic maths calculations Organise stock levels and assist with inventory management to ensure availability of popular items Support the team in achieving sales targets through effective time management and organisational skills Maintain a clean and organised sales floor, adhering to health and safety standards

Requirements

Fluency in English Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately Experience or interest in merchandising and retail sales preferred Good time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively during busy periods Professional phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone or via other channels Ability to work well within a team and independently as required Organised, reliable, with a positive attitude towards delivering exceptional customer service
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.21-12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week
