We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. This position requires strong organisational skills, the ability to upsell products, and a knack for building rapport with clients.

Responsibilities

Effectively communicate product features and benefits to enhance customer understanding. Engage in upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities. Handle customer inquiries via phone and in-person with professional phone etiquette. Process transactions accurately using basic maths skills. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance.

Experience

Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is preferred but not essential. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks. Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers. A proactive attitude towards learning new products and sales techniques.

Pay: 24,420.00-25,244.87 per year
