Sales Assistant

to join our close-knit team in

Halifax, West Yorkshire

What You'll Be Doing:

Managing customer interactions from enquiry through to sale and aftercare Using and updating our

CRM system

to ensure accurate customer records Contributing towards advertising and marketing Onboarding new customers into our private assisted sales Supporting both sales and service operations to ensure excellent customer experience Providing product information and guiding customers through their selling journey Maintaining communication with customers via phone, email, and in person
What We're Looking For:

Previous Sales or Service experience

is preferred but

not essential

Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable using computers and CRM software (training provided) Friendly, customer-first attitude Willingness to work from our

Halifax office initially

(hybrid working available after training)
