We are currently recruiting for a Full Time Sales Associates to join PAIGE working in our Harrods - Menswear Team. You will have availability across the full week, including weekdays and weekends.
We are looking for a passionate and energetic candidate to join us in continuing the success within our partners' retail stores by managing customer needs, building and maintaining customer relationships and focusing on new sales opportunities, all through excellent communication and a positive approach within a premium and fast-paced environment.
Our sales team use their strong selling skills to assist clients with all purchases, be an effective brand ambassador, build rapport and relationships with existing customers, as well as providing outstanding service in all customer interactions.
The Sales Associate will be responsible for the following key accountabilities:
Assisting and interacting with customers in a warm and courteous manner,
Engaging every client in an interaction that results in the highest level of client satisfaction that positively impact both sales and service.
Utilise exemplary selling skills to effectively identify customer needs and close sales.
Stock management including stock takes, deliveries, visual merchandising and replenishment.
Driving sell throughs on slow sellers.
Resolve or escalate all customer issues.
Creation of a detailed review of the business and product at the end of each season, including good competitor awareness of product and sale periods.
Building key relationships with store managers and teams (as appropriate)
Support events and store pop ups, with an understanding of sales targets/plans
