Job Title: Sales Assistant

Location: Haverfordwest

Hours: 5 or 10 hours per weekend, with additional weekday shifts available.

Pay: 9.00 - 12.21 per hour

Vincent Davies are looking enthusiastic staff to deliver excellent customer service throughout our store, including homeware, cookshop, gifts, toys, garden furniture, and food. You will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service, supporting day-to-day store operations, and driving sales through product knowledge and upselling. Key Responsibilities:

Providing excellent customer service at all times.

Confidently making and closing sales, looking for upselling opportunities and making suggestions.

Maintaining and providing comprehensive product information to customers.

Displaying excellent skills to identify customer needs and enhance the customer experience.

Supporting with pricing, labelling and ticketing in the pricing room

Ensuring that all till point operations are carried out in line with company guidelines.

About You:

You have a genuine interest in retail and customer care

You have excellent customer service skills

You have a friendly, approachable manner

You have good communication skills and the ability to work in a team

You have the ability to work in a busy environment

You can use initiative when required

You are reliable and punctual

Previous retail experience is desirable
