Duties

Assist customers with product selection and provide detailed information about features and benefits. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Manage transactions efficiently while ensuring accurate handling of cash and card payments. Maintain an organised and tidy sales area to create a welcoming environment for customers. Communicate effectively with customers via phone and in-person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to provide informed recommendations.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a retail or sales environment is preferred. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; proficiency in Spanish is an advantage. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanour. A passion for customer service and a desire to help others find the right products for their needs. Multilingual abilities are highly desirable, enhancing our ability to serve diverse customers.
