Location: Wivelsfield, near Haywards Heath

Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

We are seeking a friendly and proactive Sales Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will:

- Answer customer calls and assist with booking jobs using our booking system.

- Engage with existing account customers and handle sales calls to generate new business.

- Provide excellent customer service with a polite and professional attitude.

- Utilize your IT skills to manage bookings and customer information efficiently.

- Have a good understanding of local areas within Sussex and nearby counties to better assist customers.

Requirements:

- Adequate IT skills (experience with booking systems and general computer use).

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Friendly, polite demeanor and a positive attitude.

- Reliable transportation to get to and from work.

- Knowledge of Sussex and surrounding areas is advantageous.
