You'll be the key contact for customers enquiring about private dining, large group reservations, and event packages, ensuring every guest receives exceptional service from the first call to the final cheers
Main Responsibilities
Generate and manage sales leads for table and event bookings.
Handle enquiries for Awakes, business lunches, and private functions.
Promote restaurant dining and party packages at the bar.
Maintain contact with clients to secure repeat business.
Work closely with the management team to meet monthly sales targets.
Assist in developing creative promotions and packages.

What We're Looking For
Confident communicator with strong people skills.
Sales or hospitality experience preferred (but not essential).
Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
Positive attitude and ability to work independently.
A passion for great food, drinks, and customer experience.
