Experience in sales would be an advantage. This position involves a 5 day working week, Mon-Fri, minimum of 30+ hours p/w + monthly bonus if sales targets are hit.

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers. Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals tailored to client needs. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to the overall team goals. Provide feedback on customer preferences and market demands to inform product development.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a similar industry. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. A valid driver's licence is advantageous for client visits.
