Sales Assistant
to join our team.
About the Role
You will be the first point of contact for customers in our busy showroom. This is a hands-on sales and customer service role, helping customers choose flooring, furniture and home accessories, preparing quotes, answering enquiries, and supporting the wider sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Greeting customers and providing product advice
Producing accurate quotes and invoices
Following up outstanding quotes to convert sales
Answering phone and showroom enquiries
Keeping the showroom tidy and well-presented
Supporting the sales and office teams with general admin
Working Saturdays (with a day off in the week)
What We're Looking For
Confident, friendly communicator
Retail or customer service experience (showroom experience ideal)
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable, organised and able to follow processes
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Flooring/interiors knowledge is a bonus but not essential (full training provided)
