We are looking for a lively and passionate Sales Assistant to represent our brand here in our collaborative office in Slough! The optimal candidate will be in possession of excellent customer service and communication skills, which will allow them to effectively promote our products and increase the brand visibility. This role is ideal for candidates who feel passionately about the sales industry and building relationships.

Responsibility

Represent the brand and engage with customers to create a good experience for them

Be the epitome of the best customer service by looking into enquiries and solving any issues that come up

Gain feedback from customers in order to understand how to improve

Onboard customers through residential campaigns

Qualifications

Experience in customer service or another related field is preferable

Good communication skills

A strong drive for marketing and promoting in an enthusiastic way

The ability to work in a team and by yourself
