About Sim Local

Sim Local has built an extensive retail presence since its inception in 2011. We provide local operator plans to Intercontinental travelers to help keep them seamlessly connected.

Our network consists of a number of retail stores, vending machines, shop in shops and affiliate partnerships throughout the world.

We offer a comprehensive range of domestic SIM cards and eSIM profiles and have the best deals with the major local networks in each country.

We have been included in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 program for the past two years.

Roles and Responsibilities

Targets

o Each consultant should meet the required Sim sale and accessory targets. We operate a driven and competitive sales environment with healthy rewards.

o Cross sell products

o Go the extra mile to drive sales

o Comply with inventory stock procedures

Customer Service

o Providing exceptional customer service is at the very heart of our business and we expect nothing but the very best for every customer, every time.

o Build rapport with customer by making sure the get the right product

o Our reviews are very important for us - excellent customer service must be your number 1 skill

Pre Provisioning

o Each shift has a responsibility to ensure that a minimum of 70% of the shift target Sim Cards are pre-provisioned for the following shift.

Store Appearance

o It is responsibility of the store team to ensure that the Store is clean and tidy at all times. This includes the outside, inside, floor space, till space, shelving and store cupboards.

o Maintain store merchandising displayed in a neat visual manner
