Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide attentive assistance to meet their needs Offer product information and demonstrate features to encourage sales Assist with merchandising displays to optimise visual appeal and product placement Utilise strong communication skills to explain promotions and special offers Upsell relevant products to maximise sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction Manage phone enquiries professionally, providing accurate information and support Maintain organised stock levels and ensure the sales floor remains tidy and inviting Support in processing transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems Handle customer queries courteously, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette Assist in maintaining organisational standards within the store environment

Qualifications

Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is highly desirable Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with customers Basic maths skills for handling transactions and stock management Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Experience in merchandising or retail sales is advantageous but not essential Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively Ability to work well within a team and independently when required Demonstrated ability to upsell products tactfully and effectively
