Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs Provide detailed product information and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction Maintain attractive merchandise displays through effective merchandising techniques Upsell products and promote ongoing promotions to maximise sales opportunities Handle customer enquiries via phone and in person with professional phone etiquette Manage transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system, including basic maths calculations Organise stock levels and ensure the sales floor remains tidy and well-stocked Assist in organising store layouts and promotional displays to attract customers Support team members during busy periods, demonstrating excellent organisational skills and time management

Skills
