At Coes, our customers are at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for a Sales Assistant who shares our passion for delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming, personalised shopping experience.
What You'll Be Doing:
Greeting and assisting customers with warmth and professionalism
Gaining in-depth product knowledge to offer advice
Keeping our sales floor tidy, well-stocked, and visually appealing
Processing purchases and returns using our point-of-sale system
Supporting deliveries and inter-branch stock transfers
Who We're Looking For:
A confident, friendly, and flexible team player
Someone who values personalised customer service
Excellent communicator with strong listening skills
Experience in retail is a plus--but not essential

The hours of work for this role are
Weekly hours: Monday to Saturday - 09.00 am to 5.30pm with a day off during the week.
